I have always had a keen interest in health and wellbeing, not only for myself but also for those around me.

​My journey first began when I was around 3 years of age, with my passion for gardening, which came from grandparents on both sides. To this day, my enthusiasm for gardening and nutritious food is as strong as ever and since early 2014, I have been able to offer clients and customers of Synergy Bodywork the opportunity to purchase my organically and grown-with-love fruit, herbs, vegetables, plants and flowers.

Over the years my curiosity in health, fitness, wellness and helping others has seen me undertake training and work in various modalities and I now have over 20 years experience across numerous health and wellbeing industries.
