I value your time, so when you make a booking at Synergy Bodywork, that time is reserved exclusively for you. As most of my clients book a month or more in advance and often make multiple forward-booked and extended appointments, short-notice cancellations make it challenging to fill an appointment that has been held in good faith. It also prevents someone else who could have benefited from an appointment, from being able to schedule into that timeslot.
Cancellations and no-shows
Any fees (if applicable) will also be advised at this time.
Cancellations made by text message or email will not be accepted.
Cancellation fees are as follows and payable immediately via direct bank transfer;
- More than 72 hours: no charge
- 25-72 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled fee for the service booked is charged
- 24 hours or less, including cancellations on the day or you don’t show for your appointment: the full fee for the cancelled or missed appointment will be charged
No new appointments can be scheduled until all outstanding fees have been paid.
Clients who frequently cancel or make regular changes/re-schedule existing appointments (even outside of the cancellation policy) will no longer be able to make advanced forward bookings. Short notice bookings are still able to be booked (same day only and subject to availability).
Appointment Etiquette and after-care
To make the most of your bodywork treatment it is important that you drink water after your session and refrain from alcohol or any other substances before attending a session.

Please ensure you arrive on time for your allocated appointment – failure to do so will result in the following outcomes:
– If less than 15mins late for your appointment, the time will be subtracted from your appointment time, but the full fee for appointment time booked will be charged for.
- If more than 15mins late, the appointment will be forfeited and the full treatment fee will be charged (payable immediately via direct bank transfer).
The Holistic Services on offer are strictly professional – any comments, gestures or behaviours that are deemed inappropriate or sexual in nature will not be tolerated. In the event that this policy is violated, the session will be immediately terminated and the full fee for the appointment will be charged.
