12 Tips to get the most from your Massage

  • Be open and receptive
  • Don’t eat a large meal just before your session
  • Remove all jewellery and piercings
  • Be on time
  • Turn your phone OFF!
  • Communicate with your Therapist

  • Full surrender – Relax your body and mind
  • Drink water after your session
  • Refrain from alcohol or any other substances before attending your appointment
  • Follow through with any self-care recommendations
  • Where possible, allow yourself some ‘quiet time’ after your session so that your body can absorb the benefits of the massage
